We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wake Night Support Worker to provide overnight care and assistance to individuals in a residential home. This vital role ensures the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents during the night hours. You will be responsible for monitoring residents, managing their needs, and responding promptly to any emergencies or concerns.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular checks on residents throughout the night to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to any emergencies, including medical incidents or behavioral issues.
- Assist with medication administration in accordance with care plans and protocols.
- Support residents with personal care tasks such as toileting, mobility, and hydration during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of resident observations, medication logs, and incident reports.
