Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated MSK Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring optimal recovery and functional improvement. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with musculoskeletal complaints, including injury history and physical examination
- Develop personalised treatment plans based on physiologically sound principles and evidence-based practices
- Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programmes, and mobilisation techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimise outcomes
- Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
- Assist in training junior staff or interns as required
Stay updated with current developments in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and related fields
Requirements
- recognised qualification in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
- Registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g., HCPC)
- Proven experience working within hospital settings preferred; experience in paediatrics is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to musculoskeletal conditions
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality patient care with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning via weekly IST and access to a world leading physiotherapy mentorhsip programme

Pay: From £20.00 per hour
