Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and chemicals safely and efficiently to achieve optimal results
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, fixtures, and equipment according to established standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other consumables in restrooms and cleaning stations
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or additional cleaning
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling processes to promote environmental responsibility
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and equipment operation is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
- Reliable with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
