Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Classic Vehicle Membership & Events Specialist to join our team. This role involves engaging with our esteemed members, organising and promoting events, and enhancing the overall experience for classic vehicle enthusiasts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for the automotive and hospitality sectors. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with club members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Organise and coordinate a variety of events, including rallies, exhibitions, and social gatherings centred around classic vehicles.
- Utilise upselling techniques to promote memberships, event participation, and related products or services.
- Manage membership databases accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organised efficiently.
- Assist with fundraising initiatives to support club activities and community projects.
- Provide exceptional guest services during events, ensuring attendees have memorable experiences.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless event execution and member engagement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or event management is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Proven ability in upselling products or services to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Experience in fundraising or guest services within a hospitality or club environment is advantageous.
- Demonstrated time management skills with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for classic vehicles or automotive history is preferred but not essential.

Pay: £50,000.00 per year
