Sports Coach / Event Assistant (Self-Employed Freelance)
Location: Solihull, Birmingham
Start date (must be free) Date: Saturday 29 August 11.30am
Pay: £13 - £15 (Depending on experience)
Location : Club Vitalize, Solihull College and University B91 1SB.

Warrior Power Fitness is looking for a reliable, organised and enthusiastic Sports Coach / Event Assistant to support an exciting boxing fitness event.
This is a self-employed freelance opportunity for someone with experience in sports, fitness, coaching or events who enjoys working with people and helping create a professional, energetic experience for guests. There may be opportunities for future freelance support at other events.
The role will include:
- Supporting the smooth running of the event
- Helping set up and pack away equipment
- Welcoming and greeting guests
- Supporting guest experience throughout the event
- Managing contactless payments where required
- Assisting with merchandise sales
- Helping with guest enquiries and future fitness package enquiries
- General event support where needed
The ideal person will be:
- Reliable and punctual
- Organised and proactive
- Friendly and professional
- Confident communicating with guests
- Comfortable supporting event operations and working with the public
Essential:
- Experience in sports, fitness, coaching, events or a customer-facing role
- Available on Saturday 29 August from 11:30am–3:30pm
Desirable:
- Sports coaching, fitness or boxing experience
- First Aid qualification
- Enhanced DBS certificate
