CK Home T/A Cooks Depot are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients, promoting our products and services, and supporting the growth of our business. Duties
- Engage with potential and existing clients through various channels to promote our products and services
- Conduct B2B sales activities, including presenting proposals and negotiating terms
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range to effectively communicate benefits to clients
- Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Organise appointments and follow-ups to maximise sales opportunities
- Drive to client sites as required, ensuring timely visits and presentations, and assist with merchandising
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using IT systems
Requirements
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings
- Experience or interest in B2B sales environments
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English
- Good IT literacy, including familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office suite
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
