We are seeking a motivated Band 3 Phlebotomist to join our friendly and supportive Domiciliary Phlebotomy Service on a permanent basis.
This varied role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality phlebotomy services to patients in their own homes, with opportunities to work within our clinic setting when required. You will play an important role in delivering safe, efficient and patient-centred care, helping to ensure patients receive the highest standard of service in the most appropriate setting.
We're looking for someone who is organised, flexible and compassionate, with excellent communication skills and a professional approach. You'll enjoy working independently while also being part of a close-knit, multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, kindness and continuous improvement. A positive attitude and a good sense of humour will help you thrive in our supportive working environment.

To undertake venepuncture from patients in the blood clinic or a domicile community setting home visits.
The phlebotomist will be expected to bleed one patient every 6 minutes while working in the clinic.

To report any changes in condition of the patient to the Team Leader or in their absence the designated Phlebotomist in charge.
