Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive enterprise technology strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technological needs and craft innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage and oversee the deployment of cloud-based platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Azure, ensuring scalable and secure infrastructure.
- Deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders at all levels, clearly articulating technical concepts and project benefits to non-technical audiences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding user requirements and delivering tailored digital solutions that meet their needs.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, to prepare reports, project plans, and performance dashboards for executive review.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT or digital solutions management within enterprise environments, demonstrating strong presentation skills and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively liaise with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including deployment, management, security, and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components, digital transformation strategies, and emerging technologies relevant to enterprise solutions.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
