Worlebury Golf Club is recruiting for a Cook/Chef for our busy clubhouse.
We are looking for a well-organised, dependable cook/chef with excellent communication skills who is committed to consistently offering the best meals, beverages, and related services.
You will have experience and be dedicated to stock management and upholding the kitchen's food and sanitation standards. You should be able to operate well in groups and on your own. You will serve a wide range of high-quality breakfasts, bar snacks and quick meals.
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining impeccable hygiene standards and adhering to food safety legislation within the kitchen and the establishment as a whole.

Duties will include:
- Following recipes and presentation specifications.
- Operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
- Cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
- Adhering to all food hygiene & safety standards
- Delivering impeccable customer service
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 months experience working in a similar role.
- Conscientious and hard working
- Excellent work ethic
- The flexibility to cover various shifts
- Due to the location of the business, independent transport is essential
