Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Laundry Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of laundry items, primarily within a hotel environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, and process laundry items according to company standards and procedures
- Operate laundry machinery
- Ensure all linen and textiles are cleaned to a high standard of hygiene and presentation
- Maintain organisation of laundry storage areas to facilitate smooth workflow
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or contamination
- Report any equipment faults or maintenance needs promptly to ensure continuous operation
Working hours: 7.00-18.00 Monday to Sunday
Breaks-1 hour unpaid
