We are an established and successful Property Services company partnering with major letting agents and property management firms across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, and Suffolk. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our professional team as Self-Employed Property Inventory Specialists (Full-Time or Part-Time). Experience would be a benefit, however, complete training will be given to the right candidate.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
As a Property Inventory Specialist, you will be the eyes and ears of our clients, ensuring precise and objective documentation of properties.
- Collect and manage property keys from agents/landlords.
- Conduct detailed Inventory Reports, Check-outs, Check-ins, and Mid-Term Inspections.
- Accurately record utility meter readings and key data.
- Capture high-quality, illustrative photographs.
- Maintain precise documentation of all keys provided and returned.
- Proofread and edit audio-recorded reports efficiently each day to meet strict client deadlines. (We handle the audio typing; you ensure quality and timely submission.)
- Upload finalised, high-quality reports to our secure online portal.
Working Hours and Location
- Schedule: We operate primarily Monday to Friday, with a requirement for availability on occasional Saturdays and Bank Holidays. Fixed working days/hours will be agreed upon.
- Coverage: Travel across the specified counties (Cambs, Essex, Herts, Norfolk, Suffolk) is required.
- Location Requirement: Candidates must reside within a 15-mile radius of Cambridge.

Requirements (Must-Haves)
As this is a self-employed role, you must possess:
- Own reliable vehicle and a clean driving licence.
- A modern Laptop/Computer and dedicated Smartphone & Tablet.
- Sufficient fibre optic standard home broadband for reliable report editing and upload.
- Commitment to being Self-Employed, including managing all tax, National Insurance, and accounting responsibilities.
Compensation and Training
- Remuneration: £40.00 - £200.00 per day based on the number and complexity of jobs completed after successful training.
- Structure: Pay is based on a transparent, competitive percentage of each job fulfilled. Work is regular and varied.
- Training: Full, comprehensive training will be provided, consisting of online modules followed by practical, on-the-job instruction. While the initial training phase is unpaid, it is essential for success, and we require serious commitment to its completion.
