Salary: From £30,000 with commissions and performance related bonuses

The Cosmetic College is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Beauty & Aesthetics Tutors to join our team.
You will deliver engaging theory and practical sessions, support learners throughout their training, and help them develop the confidence and professional skills needed for successful careers in the beauty and aesthetics industry.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality theory and practical training.
- Plan lessons that meet course and awarding-body requirements.
- Demonstrate treatments safely and professionally.
- Assess learners’ knowledge and practical competence.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records.
- Promote excellent standards of hygiene, safety and professional conduct.
- Support learners in preparing for assessments and industry employment.
- Keep your knowledge of treatments, techniques and regulations current.
Essential qualifications
Applicants must hold:
- A Level 4 qualification, or equivalent, in a beauty-related subject.
- A Level 3 qualification in Education and Training.
- A Level 3 qualification in Assessment.
Preferred qualifications
One or more of the following would be an advantage:
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy.
- VTCT Level 4 Laser Hair Removal.
- VTCT Level 5 Laser Tattoo Removal.
- Level 4 Aesthetics.
- Level 5 Aesthetics.

- Organised and comfortable managing assessments and learner records.
