At Mnesic Coffee, we’re passionate about creating exceptional coffee and genuine customer experiences. We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Coffee Expert to join our Worthing team for two days each week.
Whether you already have barista experience or you’re eager to learn, we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing high-quality espresso-based coffees and other beverages.
- Delivering warm, professional customer service.
- Serving food and maintaining excellent presentation standards.
- Keeping the coffee shop clean, organised and fully stocked.
- Opening or closing the café when required.
- Following food safety, hygiene and company procedures.
- Working efficiently as part of a close-knit team.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Friendly, reliable and enthusiastic.
- Passionate about coffee and hospitality.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment.
- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Punctual, organised and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
Desirable
- Previous café or barista experience.
- Experience using a till or EPOS system.
- Food hygiene knowledge (training can be provided).
