Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Healthcare Supply Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in managing and optimising the procurement, inventory, and distribution of healthcare supplies within our organisation. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring seamless supply chain operations, supporting healthcare delivery through effective logistics and resource management. Prior experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle EBS is highly desirable, alongside a strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes. Duties
- Oversee the procurement and replenishment of healthcare supplies using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle EBS
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Manage logistics operations related to the transportation and storage of supplies
- Analyse supply chain data to identify opportunities for optimisation and cost reduction
- Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational policies during all supply activities
- Prepare reports on inventory status, procurement activities, and logistics performance for management review
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement within a healthcare or related environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle EBS is essential
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory control, and logistics operations
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Effective communication skills for liaising with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing to team objectives
- Relevant qualifications in supply chain management or logistics are advantageous but not mandatory
Pay: Up to £4,050.00 per month
