Are you an experienced Service Advisor with a passion for customer service and the automotive industry? Right Car Beverley are looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor in the Automotive Industry to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and co-ordinate service activity in order to meet customer requirements and maximise workshop utilisation and profitability.
- Ensure customers are completely satisfied with the service provided.
- Workshop loading.
- Creating accurate job cards and invoices for the work carried out.
- Able to track workshop jobs and provide updates.
- Advising customers regarding repair and VHC advisories.
- Understanding customer concerns and needs.
Essential:
- Good standard of education with qualifications in Maths and English.
- Excellent IT skills in all MS Office packages, internet and email.
- Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service/people skills.
- Polite, calm and approachable persona.
- Must be a team player.
- Ability to work on own initiative or with minimum supervision.
- Must have flexible 'can do' approach.
- Full UK driving license.
Desirable:
- Proven experience in a customer service or customer facing role - Ideally previous dealership experience.
Experience:
- Motor Trade: Minimum 2 years (preferred but not essential)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
