Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and passionate people to join our front of house team at Mother Shipton's Inn. Full time and part time positions are available, and hours can be flexible to work around other commitments
Experience is preferred but not required, full training in our key points of service will be provided
Key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers in a warm and welcoming manor
- Awareness of allergens and correct procedure (training provided)
- taking drinks orders/ making drinks
- taking food orders and accommodating to customers prefernces/ requests
- processing orders on the till system
- Delivering food a drink to tables quickly
- Checking back on customers to ensure food quality and meet any further needs
- Maintaining table appearance
- delivering the bill and processing payment
Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
