Job Summary:
DeLucas Concert Squares: a bar, club, events space, games and sports activity and the Home of the Celebration.
We're looking for a Manager to join our team in one of Liverpool's most iconic venues. The ideal candidate will have a background in late night, events, high volume and wet led venues and will be a strong leader, skilled in operations and business controls.
The role will encompass:
- Supervising and managing daily operations.
- Ensuring high-quality guest engagement through monitoring team interactions
-Training and developing an amazing team.
- Collaborating with the General Manager and senior leadership team to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
- Leading the team in revenue generation and implement initiatives to drive results
- Oversee the licencing and compliance section of the business ensuring safety, EHO, Fire and H&S policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Assist in the cost management of the venue ensuring we continue to be a profitable business.
The ideal candidate will have;
-Experience sourcing and booking events or large parties along with revenue generation.
-At least 2 years experience as an Asisstant Manager or similar role.
-Good knowledge of P&L controls including stock, labour and purchasing management.
-Experience of working safely in line with licensing laws and health and safety legislation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
