We’re looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in sales and marketing within the finance industry. We will provide full training internally, invest in external training programmes to improve your skill set, and create opportunities for career progression.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our team, you’ll gain experience across a range of activities including:
· Learning the day to day operations of the business through formal and informal training
· Supporting team members with a variety of projects
· Becoming an active member of the sales team, generating new business opportunities
· Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
· Assisting with marketing campaigns including email and social media platforms
· Creating marketing content and engagement
· Helping organize events and promotional activities
What We’re Looking For
· Recently completed A-level or degree
· A genuine interest in sales, marketing or business development
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Confidence to speak with customers
· Strong organisational skills
· Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
· Hunger to build a career
· Good IT skills including Microsoft office

Altitude Funding Solutions is an independent finance company. We arrange finance for UK based SME’s through a large network of commercial finance brokers. We have been established for seven years and have recently taken on external investment which will see us grow substantially over the next five year period.
