The Role
We are looking for a natural organiser who loves connecting people.
You will be the face of The Music Works in every interaction. You will take ownership of the space, ensuring every student, parent, and teacher has an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door.
We are looking for a contractor to ensure our centre is managed and staffed during our core operational hours.
Service Coverage:
The contract requires the centre to be staffed and managed during the following core hours:
Monday to Friday 15.30-20.15

You proactively look for ways to improve the space—whether that’s keeping the coffee machine running, maintaining high standards of hygiene, or organising the waiting area.
You are articulate: you communicate clearly and consistently with parents, students, and our central team.
You handle sensitive information with maturity and discretion.
You lead with empathy: you nurture new enquiries from the first phone call to the first lesson.
Your Skills & Experience
Customer service: A background in customer service is desirable
You have a keen eye for detail—you are the person that catches the mistakes and helps fix them!
Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft 365 and comfortable managing schedules/diaries.
Proactive Attitude: You don’t wait to be asked; you look for creative ways to improve the customer experience.
First Aid Training desirable
An interest in music is a huge plus!
