We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, and driven kitchen porters to join the team at Chef Adam Handling’s Cornish pub, The Tartan Fox pub and restaurant.
Located in the Cornish countryside, in between Newquay and Truro, the pub offers a seasonally changing menu that showcases Adam's distinctive cooking style and celebrates the best of Cornish ingredients. Adam’s take on a traditional British pub, The Tartan Fox, offers a relaxed and cosy space where guests can pop in for a quick drink or retreat for the day trying out the thoughtfully-curated list of local craft beers and wine.
With a strong focus on sustainability and a zero-waste approach in the kitchen, expansive gardens and our very own chickens, The Tartan Fox is a place where the whole team works together to provide a memorable dining experience to our guests.
