A specialist property lender is seeking an experienced Relationship Director with a strong background in bridging finance to join its growing team. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on developing and managing relationships with brokers, driving deal flow, and supporting complex transactions from enquiry through to completion.
The Role

Build and manage a network of broker relationships

Originate and structure bridging finance deals

Act as a key point of contact for introducers and clients

Work closely with credit and underwriting teams to progress deals

Drive new business and achieve lending targets
About You

Proven experience in bridging finance lending

Strong existing network of brokers and introducers

Commercially driven with a track record of originating deals

Excellent relationship management and communication skills
