This is a rare opportunity to shape how marketing drives growth at scale. As Head of Commercial Marketing, you’ll play a central role in building a more insight-led, commercially focused marketing function—strengthening how products and services are positioned, taken to market and delivered across multiple audiences and markets.
What you’ll be doing
You will lead the development of a clear, joined-up commercial marketing approach across the organisation. Working closely with Product and Sales, you’ll ensure marketing activity is aligned to growth priorities and delivering measurable impact.
Key areas include:
Defining and delivering an integrated commercial marketing strategy aligned to growth goals
Leading product marketing, including positioning, value propositions and go-to-market planning
Strengthening demand generation through structured, data-led campaign planning
Using customer and market insight to improve targeting, messaging and performance
Improving marketing effectiveness and demonstrating impact on growth and engagement
Aligning marketing with commercial priorities and enterprise opportunities
Establishing clear marketing standards, processes and ways of working
Leading and developing a team of product marketing professionals
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a senior marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
You’ll bring:
Experience in senior B2B marketing roles
Strong product marketing and go-to-market expertise across complex products or services
Proven ability to drive demand generation and improve marketing effectiveness
Experience using customer insight and data to inform strategy and campaigns
A commercial mindset, with evidence of aligning marketing to revenue and growth outcomes
Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Sales teams
Leadership experience, including developing teams and improving capability
Experience in sectors such as professional services, SaaS, education, consulting or standards-based environments would be beneficial, but not essential.
