The Role
We’re looking for an AAT-qualified (or part-qualified) Accountant who’s confident, proactive, and comfortable working remotely while supporting a diverse client base.
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day client work, support senior team members, and play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting and tax services.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing year-end accounts for limited companies
- Managing VAT returns and bookkeeping
- Assisting with corporation tax and personal tax returns
- Supporting clients with day-to-day financial queries
- Using cloud accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent and Coconut)
- Communicating directly with clients
What We’re Looking For
- AAT qualified or part-qualified (essential)
- Experience working in an accountancy practice
- Good understanding of UK accounting and tax basics
- Organised and able to manage your own workload
- Comfortable working remotely
- Clear communicator with a client-first mindset
- Tech-savvy and open to modern tools
Bonus Points
- Experience with SME clients
- Exposure to tax or advisory work
- Familiarity with automation or app stacks
