Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort for our guests. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms according to company standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as corridors, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens as required.
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used properly and stored securely after use.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding courteously to guest requests or inquiries.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Janitorial experience is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous.
- A strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team environment.

Pay: £12.71-£12.72 per hour
