Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of communal areas, offices, restrooms, and other designated spaces
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and stored appropriately
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
- Assist with specialised cleaning tasks as required, including deep cleans or specialised sanitation procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in janitorial work, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures is advantageous
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Customer service skills are desirable for interacting with staff and visitors in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
