Located at the heart of Surbiton, Hotel Bosco and Lounge combines relaxing, contemporary styled bedrooms with a vibrant, comfy cocktail bar & lounge serving great original and classic cocktails.
We are looking for a joyful, attentive and communicative individual to welcome and greet our guests with a smile and give a positive first impression of the Bosco Lounge.
As a Bar/Floor Team Member you will meet, greet and seat all guests in a professional, courteous and friendly manner whilst being fully versed in the table plan and special events whilst also co-ordinating the floor service during the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- delivering an exceptional service experience to all lounge guests
- ensure table service as a priority for all food and beverage
- drive sales through 'suggested selling' and promotions
- keep the lounge areas clean and tidy
- carry out daily and weekly bar duties
