- Manage kitchen operations during service hours, coordinating with front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

- Assist in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and inventory management to optimize kitchen resources.

Requirements
- Proven experience in food production, cooking, or culinary roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Supervising experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene.
- Excellent skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
- Previous restaurant experience with familiarity in serving guests in a fast-paced environment.
