Job Title: Marketing Campaign Manager
Location: Head Office, Hanley
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Start Date: Immediate
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to join Holdcroft Motor Group at our Head Office in Hanley. You'll lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across the brands you represent, helping drive engagement, leads, and measurable business results.
Working closely with internal teams, manufacturers, and external agencies, you'll ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, paid social, website, email, SEO, and digital platforms
Coordinate activity between marketing, sales, manufacturers, agencies, and suppliers
Monitor campaign performance and optimise activity using data and A/B testing
Manage campaign budgets to maximise return on investment
Produce clear reports and insights, highlighting campaign performance and future recommendations
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives
Competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 DOE
Monday to Friday working hours – no weekend rota

Previous experience in a marketing or campaign management role
Experience delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email, paid advertising, and SEO
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Data-driven with the ability to analyse performance and optimise campaigns
Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
