Responsibilities
- Conduct personalised massage sessions based on client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and aromatherapy massages.
- Assess client requirements and recommend suitable treatment plans to optimise relaxation and recovery.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and any client feedback or concerns.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices to enhance their overall health.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and clinic productivity.
- Uphold professional standards of conduct, confidentiality, and client privacy at all times.
Experience
- Certification from a recognised massage therapy programme is essential.
- Proven experience in delivering various massage techniques is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen attentively to clients’ needs.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage therapy.
- Ability to create a calming environment that promotes relaxation and trust.
