About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Engine Builder to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for engines and a proven track record in engine building/mechanical engineering to play a key role in our diversification strategy. You will be responsible for assembling engines to our exacting standards for retail sale.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble engines according to specifications and quality control procedures.
- Ensure all components are correctly fitted and torqued to the required standards.
- Perform quality checks on completed engines to guarantee performance and reliability.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Potentially assist with other workshop tasks as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in engine building/mechanical engineering is essential.
- A minimum 3 years' experience in engine building/mechanical engineering is desirable.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of engine components and functionality.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
