Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, friendly, and professional service to every guest.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in line with company standards.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation throughout the restaurant.
- Work collaboratively with both Front of House and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
- Support the management team in achieving service excellence and business goals.
- Promote menu items, daily specials, and beverages confidently to enhance the guest experience.
About You
- Previous experience in a hospitality, restaurant, bar, café, or customer service environment is desirable but not essential.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player who enjoys supporting and developing positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends, and busy seasonal periods.
- Personal Licence or bar experience would be advantageous but is not essential (if applicable).
