Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Lettings Coordinator to support both our lettings team and growing managed portfolio. This is a varied role that involves helping applicants, landlords and tenants throughout the full tenancy journey - from enquiries and viewings through to move-ins, renewals and day-to-day property management.
You’ll play an important part in ensuring properties are let efficiently, well maintained, and that landlords and tenants receive a high level of service and support throughout their experience with us.
Hours
We’re open to both full and part-time hours, between 20–39.5 hours per week. As part of your application, please let us know your preferred working days and hours. The advertised salary is based on a 39.5-hour working week.
Responsibilities
- Be a main point of contact for landlords, tenants, applicants and contractors, providing friendly and professional support
- Arrange and attend property viewings, answering questions and helping applicants through the process
- Support tenancy applications, referencing and move-ins
- Prepare tenancy agreements, renewals and associated paperwork
- Help manage the full tenancy process, including move-ins, move-outs and deposit handling
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and safety checks to keep properties compliant and well maintained
- Organise property inspections and follow up on any required actions
- Keep records and systems up to date with accurate lettings and management information
- Support the wider team with administration and day-to-day office tasks
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, problem-solving approach
Skills
- (Preferred) Previous experience in lettings, property management or estate agency
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with a variety of people
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- A proactive and professional approach, with good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently whilst also being a supportive team member
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
