Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Making the starters plates perfectly
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly, following established recipes and safety guidelines
- Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients, chopping vegetables, and assembling dishes under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment to ensure a hygienic workspace
- Help with food storage, labeling, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper handling and sanitation procedures
- Serve meals to guests or customers in a courteous and timely manner
- Support the team during busy service periods by managing basic kitchen tasks efficiently
Experience
- Prior experience in catering, restaurant work, or food service environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is valued highly
- Familiarity with cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards is advantageous
- Previous kitchen experience involving food preparation or culinary tasks will help you excel in this role
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation
