Bernheim Gallery is an internationally recognised contemporary art gallery representing a dynamic roster of emerging and established artists. We are seeking a creative, highly organised, and proactive Graphic Designer & Digital Content Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual eye, excellent digital communication skills, and a genuine passion for contemporary art.
Working closely with the gallery team, you will play a key role in shaping the visual and digital presence of the gallery across exhibitions, social media, and website content
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
- Design and produce exhibition invitations, catalogues, press releases, and posters.
- Design presentation decks and sales materials
- Prepare artwork for print and liaise with external suppliers when required.
Digital Content & Marketing
- Develop engaging content for Instagram, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Create and schedule social media content aligned with the gallery programme.
- Coordinate press outreach for exhibitions, artists, gallery events, and special projects.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and exhibition announcements.
- Maintain and update press and media contact databases.
- Coordinate press previews, interviews, and media visits.
- Monitor and compile press coverage across print, digital, and social platforms.
Website & Content Management
- Manage and update website content using Artlogic CMS.
- Upload exhibitions, artworks, artist biographies, press releases, and news articles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date online content.
Photography, Video & Documentation
- Coordinate photography for exhibitions.
- Assist with exhibition documentation and digital asset management.
- Edit basic video content for social media and promotional use.
- Maintain organised image and content archives.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in graphic design, digital content creation, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
InDesign
Illustrator
Photoshop
- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working within the arts, cultural, luxury, or creative sectors.
- Familiarity with Artlogic CMS.
- Video editing skills.
- Photography and/or videography experience.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms.
- Interest in contemporary art and gallery operations.
Job Overview

- Salary: £25k-£30k
- Hours: Tuesday - Friday: 10am - 6pm.
Saturday: 11am - 5pm.
- Contract: Permanent
