Role Overview:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:
- Manage your own desk, building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates.
- Understand client recruitment needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
- Source, screen and engage candidates, guiding them through the interview and offer process.
- Drive sales and business development initiatives to expand your market.
