Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, coffees & teas with precision and flair
- Engage with guests warmly, taking orders and offering recommendations to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently, ensuring timely service during busy hours
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving and adherence to legal alcohol regulations
- Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure all ingredients and tools are available for service
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively, positive environment that encourages guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, preferably as a bartender or barista
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during peak times
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse guests and team members
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay per hour - £15 (inclusive of service charge and Tronc)
