What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ bartending experience
- Strong cocktail-making knowledge and experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume bar environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong teamwork and leadership qualities
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining high standards
Desirable
- Experience working in premium restaurants, gastropubs, or cocktail bars
- Knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail trends
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Personal licence holder (advantageous but not essential)
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving high-quality cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits
- Delivering exceptional customer service to every guest
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Managing stock levels and supporting inventory control
- Ensuring compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations
- Working closely with management and kitchen teams
- Contributing to a positive and professional team culture
