Full-Time Waiter / Waitress – Basement Sate, Soho
Basement Sate is a cocktail bar tucked away in the heart of Soho, known for its creative drinks, indulgent desserts, and relaxed late-night atmosphere.
Our crowd changes through the week, from date nights and dessert lovers on weekdays to lively small groups on weekends, offering a great mix of service styles and atmospheres across shifts.

We’re looking for two passionate, reliable hospitality professionals to join our small, close-knit team. As a compact venue, we value people who take pride in their work, maintain high standards, and genuinely care about the guest experience. Being versatile and proactive is a big plus.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Welcoming and hosting guests
- Managing the floor and bookings throughout service
- Coordinating with the doorman and bar team on busy nights
- Recommending cocktails, desserts
- Clean and polish glasses
- End of day cleaning duties (including bathrooms)
What We Offer
- £12.91ph + service charge
- 5 days a week (evening shifts) 42hours per week.
- Opening hours: 6pm – 1:30am

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of table service experience in a bar, restaurant, or lounge setting
- Friendly, organized, and composed under pressure
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
