We are seeking a dedicated Hammam Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for holistic health and customer care, providing authentic Hammam treatments that promote relaxation and wellbeing. This role offers an opportunity to work in a tranquil environment, delivering exceptional service to clients seeking traditional Turkish bath experiences. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring clients feel pampered, refreshed, and satisfied with their treatment experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional Hammam treatments in accordance with established protocols, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
- Provide personalised consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist clients with preparation for treatments, including advising on skincare and aftercare routines.
- Uphold high standards of customer service by engaging warmly with clients, addressing any concerns or questions professionally.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times.
- Promote additional services such as makeup application or skincare products where appropriate.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hammam Therapist or in a similar holistic therapy role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse clients.
- Strong customer service skills, demonstrating warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness.
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work flexibly within a team environment and adapt to client needs.
- A genuine interest in wellness practices and holistic health approaches.
- Organised and detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety standards.
