ROLE DESCRIPTION
Role Title: Data Analyst
Team: IT
Reports to: Head of Technology
Environment: Office Based, 5 days per week, Open Plan Office
PURPOSE
- Development and support of data analytics capabilities with the company product systems, including reporting, data schema, and machine learning based developments and tools.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a specialist for the product development organisation in regards to the development and delivery of mechanisms which enable insight from data available within the product systems being developed and delivered by the company.
- This includes the development of various reporting solutions that range from static through to dynamic data visualisation, analytics, and ability to gain insights.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard.
- Support and help develop a positive workplace culture.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Essential
- A critical thinker with an analytical and curious mindset with the ability to confidently articulate insights to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools such as Looker Studio, Looker or Power BI.
- Experience working with Google Analytics and BI products such as Google Data studio.
- Experience with the Google Cloud Platform.
Preferred
- Firebase skills
- Good SQL skills – BigQuery or other data warehouse.
