Hours: Flexible – 12-hour shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays as required

We are seeking friendly, professional, and customer-focused Bank Guest Services Assistants to join our Front of House team on a flexible, as-needed basis.
As one of the first faces our patients and visitors see, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and reassuring environment from the moment they arrive. You'll provide support across our Front Hall and wider hospital, assisting patients, visitors, consultants, and colleagues while ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained.
This is a varied, hands-on role that combines hospitality, patient support, portering, and reception cover. No two days are the same, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Calm and confident when working in a busy environment
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to support colleagues across different areas
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and patient care

Experience within healthcare, hospitality, luxury hotels, or a corporate front-of-house environment
- Knowledge of the local London area
- First aid training
- Experience using healthcare or patient administration systems
- Additional language skills
