We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive culinary expertise, and a commitment to food safety and quality.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu development to staff management, ensuring the highest standards are maintained consistently.
The Head Chef will play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary identity of our establishment and fostering a positive, productive kitchen environment.
We are an independent operator with two sites in West London.
We are focused on providing fresh and great quality food and drinks in a casual dining and bar environment, delivered with outstanding service.
The Railway in Teddington is already a well established local and destination Pub, attracting food lovers from all over London. Famous for its family sharing Sunday Roast consider by many the best in West London.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
