The team at Kingdom Investments has many years’ experience, providing practical financial planning advice to people, families and businesses. Predominately based in Fife and Central Scotland, we support clients across the UK.
Due to growth, we are looking for an office junior to join our existing team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking for their first or subsequent role in an office environment. An enthusiastic and friendly person you will have the willingness and aptitude to learn. This role will provide support to our existing Administration Team and Financial Advisers.
This position would suit a school leaver who has good keyboard skills, numerate and can communicate well. Must be reliable and have a good work ethic. Knowledge of Microsoft databases would be an advantage.
You will help manage adviser diaries, liaise directly with clients to arrange meetings. Other duties will entail answering phone calls, scanning, opening, sorting and distributing mail and greeting clients who visit the office.
Your duties would include:
· Answering telephone calls
· Dealing with mail received in the office
· First point of contact for clients
· Arranging client meetings
· Diary management
· Dealing with adviser and provider emails and calls
· Maintaining client information in back-office system (intelliflo)
· General office duties – Scanning/Printing/Photocopying
Desired Skills/Qualities:
· Educated to National 5 Level in English and Math or Maths Application
· Good communications skills (verbal and written)
· Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
· Reasonable level of computer literacy
· Good attention to detail
· Willingness to learn
· Good can-do-attitude
· Friendly approach to customers and tasks
· Team player

· Full time hours Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm (1 hour lunch)
