Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various premises, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients and visitors alike. Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly desirable. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties across designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Ensure all rooms and communal areas meet established cleanliness standards
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials as needed
- Maintain organisation of storage areas and cleaning equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning procedures and confidentiality
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within set timeframes
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
