About Cozy Home Solutions
Cozy Home Solutions is an established UK home energy company specialising in solar panel and battery storage solutions. We are an MCS Certified, EPVS Registered and NAPIT Approved installer, providing professionally designed and installed renewable energy systems to homeowners across the UK.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced and motivated Solar Sales Representatives to join our sales team.
The Opportunity
This is a genuine consultative sales role where you will meet homeowners who have already expressed an interest in solar.
You will be provided with 2–3 pre-qualified appointments per day, 5 days per week, allowing you to focus on what you do best — understanding the customer's requirements, presenting the right solution and closing the sale.
Our customers can benefit from professionally designed solar and battery systems, flexible finance options and installation carried out by our qualified in-house team.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend 2–3 pre-qualified homeowner appointments per day
- Conduct professional face-to-face consultations
- Understand each customer's energy usage and requirements
- Present tailored solar and battery storage solutions
- Explain the financial and energy-saving benefits of solar
- Discuss available finance options where appropriate
- Prepare and present professional proposals
- Manage the sales process from initial consultation through to completion
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in face-to-face sales
- Confident communicating with homeowners
- Professional, reliable and well presented
- Comfortable working towards sales targets
- Motivated by uncapped earning potential
- Able to build trust and rapport quickly
- Organised and capable of managing multiple appointments
- Interested in renewable energy and home improvements
Solar industry experience is highly desirable, but candidates with a strong background in other home improvement sectors such as windows, doors, conservatories, roofing or insulation will also be considered.

Pay: £45,420.00-£75,211.79 per year
