Job Overview
We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our team in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel housekeeping and possess excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Change bed linens and towels
- Vacuum carpets and sweep floors
- Dust and polish furniture
- Replenish amenities such as toiletries and tea/coffee supplies
- Report any maintenance issues to the relevant department
- Assist with laundry duties when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel or commercial cleaning is desirable
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic cooking skills would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
