£42 per hour (Hygiene) / £47 per hour (Therapy) + Paid Downtime | Otley
About the role
We are recruiting a Dental Hygienist & Therapist to join our busy, well-established dental practice in Otley.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team with a full patient list, strong clinical support, and highly competitive hourly rates.
Pay and benefits
- £42.00 per hour for Hygiene / £47.00 per hour for Therapy
- Good mix of hygiene and therapy activity enabling you to use your full scope of practice comfortably
- Paid downtime between patients (“white space”) and until you finish for the day

Working hours
- Monday: 08:50 – 18:50
- Tuesday: 08:50 – 17:20
- Wednesday: 08:50 – 17:20
- Thursday: 08:50 – 17:20
- Friday: 08:50 – 17:20
(Less days would be considered)
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality hygiene and therapy treatments
- Support patients with oral health and prevention
- Work closely with dentists and the wider clinical team
- Maintain excellent patient care and communication
Requirements
- GDC registered Dental Hygienist/Therapist
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Experience in private practice preferred but not essential
- Reliable and team-focused
