This is a key role in our production process, ensuring high-quality components are prepped, finished, and dispatched efficiently.
What We Offer

Key Responsibilities
- Load, shotblast, paint, and unload components according to technical drawings, guidelines, and deadlines.
- Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure standards are met.
- Conduct daily operational checks on machinery and tools, maintaining hanging hooks and equipment safely.
- Safely operate associated machinery to move raw materials and large components.
- Organise requested parts for production sections and complete daily inspection sheets.
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace following strict health & safety regulations.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Background in industrial painting and operating associated equipment.
- Technical Ability: Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings and documents.
- Work Ethic: High attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Attitude: A reliable, team-focused approach with a positive mindset.
