Job Title: Self-Employed End of Tenancy Cleaner – North London (Hourly Rate)
Job Description: We're looking for reliable, experienced self-employed cleaners or cleaning agencies to join our team covering end of tenancy cleans across London.
You'll be working on 1–3 bedroom properties (flats and houses), delivering a thorough, checkout-standard clean that satisfies landlords, letting agents, and inventory clerks.
What you'll be doing:
- Full end of tenancy cleans: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas
- Oven, fridge/freezer, and appliance deep cleans
- Limescale removal, window sills/frames, skirting boards, and detail work
- Carpet/floor cleaning to a move-in-ready standard
- Working to a checklist to meet inventory/check-out report standards
What we're looking for:
- Self-employed cleaner or small cleaning agency (own equipment and cleaning products required)
- Proven experience with end of tenancy or deep cleans specifically (not just regular domestic cleaning)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to complete jobs efficiently within a reasonable timeframe
- Able to travel to properties across London
Pay:
- £15-£17 Per Hour Typical job length: [2-5 hours] depending on property size
- Paid every Friday weekly
