The Role
This is a fast-paced and dynamic position suited to a clinician who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Our dedicated front-of-house team supports all pre-screening and check-in/check-out processes, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding clinical care.
You will be responsible for delivering safe, ethical, and high-quality injectable treatments within your professional scope of practice, while supporting the Clinic Director with governance and operational duties where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including full medical history and facial assessment
- Develop personalised treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinic ethos
- Perform injectable treatments safely and effectively, including:
- Anti-wrinkle treatments (e.g. Botox)
- Dermal fillers (e.g. Juvederm, Teosyal)
- Advanced injectable procedures

- Prescribe treatments where appropriate (independent prescribers only)
- Manage patient expectations and provide detailed aftercare guidance
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and detailed clinical documentation
- Follow up on patient enquiries and treatment outcomes
- Ensure full compliance with clinical governance, regulatory standards, and company policies
- Assist with stock management, invoicing, and product deliveries
- Attend training sessions and conferences on behalf of Viva Skin Clinics
Essential Requirements
The successful candidate must:
- Be a fully qualified and UK-registered:
- Doctor (GMC registered), or
- Dentist (GDC registered)
- Hold a valid UK prescribing qualification (independent prescriber)
- Be authorised to work in the UK — we do not sponsor applicants from outside the UK, including visa sponsorships
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within an aesthetic clinic
- Have at least 2 years’ experience performing cosmetic injectable treatments
- Possess strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment planning
- Be comfortable working autonomously and making independent clinical decisions
- Be available to work alternative Saturdays
Please note: Viva Skin Clinics does not permit remote prescribing within the business. All prescribing must be undertaken directly by the treating clinician.
Preferred (Not Essential)
- Experience working with brands such as Botox, Juvederm, and Teosyal
- Knowledge of MD Codes and advanced treatment mapping
